IT organizations within companies of all sizes are being called on to reduce spending. In Ziff Davis Enterprise’s CIO Insight 2009 IT Spending Survey2 of 219 IT managers, 80 percent of the respondents said they were under more pressure to reduce costs this year than they were last year.
