To deliver this customer support, Boeing Commercial Airplanes maintains a Commercial Aviation Services (CAS) division tasked with everything from stocking spare parts, to pilot training, to off-site and on-site technical advice and services. The responsibilities of CAS are vast, given the size of Boeing’s customer base.
