“Quantum provided detailed information on how the DXi7500 could be utilized and what the benefits would be,” Sakamoto says. “The Quantum system also had a lot of options that other vendors did not, such as different types of connections, encryption of data and the full GUI interface. And we knew from previous customer references that the performance would be very good.”

Implementation went smoothly, according to Sakamoto. The Quantum installation team performed a site inspection and helped with the system planning, including configuration parameters. Within two weeks of ordering the DXi7500, the system was up and running.
