After seeing what it could do, the Elections Office chose to implement the program to streamline management of its mobile field technicians. “TeleNav is hosting the database and AT&T is providing the smartphones with the application loaded and running on the AT&T mobile broadband network,” said Dougherty. “It can’t get much easier than that.”
