Case Study: Consolidating Exchange Servers

Description:
Greenhill Investment Co. discovered that application performance was hindering its Microsoft Exchange consolidation project. Greenhill deployed Riverbed Steelhead to address these concerns, and was able to cut three distributed email servers to a single server. Riverbed also enabled Greenhill to apply additional fault tolerance to their email system by eliminating the need to replicate hardware requirements in remote locations.
