Summary:
This update to WebEx refines the Web conference experience by making some nice modifications to the user interface and bringing the same interface across all WebEx services. Now presenters have greater control over meeting elements such as chat and video and have more shortcuts to move among common tasks. Customers can bring WebEx behind the firewall using a new appliance, provided they do sufficient volume on the service.
